Pumpkin Pie

Recipe from Mom!

  • One 9 inch pumpkin pie (use Grandma's crust recipe!)
  • 1 15 oz can Libby’s pumpkin or large can for double the recipe(2 pies)
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 385F
Mix all together un til thoroughly blended

Pour into a 9 inch pie shell
Bake at 385 for 1 hour
