Cream Cheese and Chives Mashed Potatoes

Regular Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and mix slightly.
Add salt, pepper, butter and milk and whip until right consistency.
For every 4 potatoes use 1/2 stick of butter and probably 1/2 cup of milk. You can add more milk if needed.
You can make this ahead of time and keep them warm by covering and turning burner to warm.

Drain. Mix with garlic, cream cheese with chives, butter and cheese.
Whip until right consistency adding milk if needed.
