October 22, 2009 at 5:42 pm   editButter is your friend in this recipe  If I recall correctly, I think it’s 1 stick for 2lbs of chicken… make sure the chicken is dripping with butter when dumping it into the mixture and then completely cover the chicken with the crumbs before putting into the pan. Any extra butter and crumbs can be spread on and around the chicken… mmmm.

January 11, 2010 at 6:56 pm   editCharlie fixed a group of us this chicken. It was so amazing! I was impressed with how moist it was and I could really taste the parmesan. The Ritz crackers also added more butter flavor (can you have too much butter flavor? NO!).
I am making it for all of us when we go to Steamboat this week (Charlie had a hankering for it). We’ll see if I can make it as good as he does.
    Thanks Becker Family

December 22, 2014 at 12:39 am   editDad says Grandma changed the recipe to 1/2 tsp of pepper because she didn’t really like pepper. He thinks the original recipe was more like 1 1/2tsp pepper.
