- Set smoker to smoke (our smoker stays in 160F range)
- Smoke ribs for 60-90 minutes
- Set temp to 225F and cook to internal temp of 165F.
- Put ribs in foil tin pan and use 18oz for 9lbs of ribs. Cover with foil.
- Set temp to 275F and cook to internal temp of 190F
Future suggestions:
- Found a recipe that called for adding apple juice (2 cups -- too much?) and butter (2 sticks -- yikes!) in pan to get some moisture in the ribs.
Approx 4 hours total cook time
