This is Charlie’s recreation of our family cinnamon roll recipe. I’m still working on perfecting them. Right now they are not caramelized enough… and maybe not enough sugar?

- Do one of the following:
- Warm oven to 170F and then turn it off. Put frozen store bought dough in 9×13 glass oven pan and put into warm oven for 1 hour or until it’s thawed and risen.
- Thaw frozen store dough overnight in fridge. Put into the warm oven for 30 minutes or until risen.
- Warm oven to 170F and then turn it off. Put frozen store bought dough in 9×13 glass oven pan and put into warm oven for 1 hour or until it’s thawed and risen.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Sprinkle counter with a little bit of flour, roll out dough, and add butter, sugar, cinnamon.
- Roll and cut, and put them in warm oven (170F then turn off) for 1 hour, or until it rises and fills the pan.
- Cook for 20+ minutes.
- Yum.
