- Crumble sausage in a large pan and brown until all pink is gone. Pour off fat.
- Add milk, heat slowly until nearly boiling.
- Mix corn starch with water using a fork – when milk and sausage mixture is hot, blend starch mixture in.
- Mix all together, stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute.
- Reduce heat.
- Scramble eggs in separate pan. Add to mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Split open biscuits, layer on the sausage gravy.
